Big thanks to the folks over at Vegi and Vegan Dublin who shared the blog with their followers. Great to see such interest in the site!

Apparently Zaytoons are now doing falafels. This is excellent news. Being a big fan of their kebabs, I really hope the falafels live up to the high standard!

Well, that was fun! The Phantom Breakfast show asked me about vegetarianism, how to make falafels, the blog and a few other random bits. We also discussed ‘flatulent falafel lovers’. I am hungry!

Ruth Medjber also shared the the blog and some of here mates have recommended a few other falafel haunts. She’s an excellent photographer, check out her site, the cleverly named Ruthless Imagery, and her Tumblr.
